Academic Language Week 13 - Video Games
Violent video games do not contribute to youth violence. One reason is that just because kids play them doesn’t mean that are 100 PERCENT more likely to be come violent. So by INTERPRETING this evidence, people all over the world are INVOLVED in violence, so why does it matter if they play violent games or not. They are also still going to be the way that they are, aggressive or aren’t. Also, by playing them it’s probably helping them. Instead of being violent they can just take it out on video games. I rather have them play violent games then take it out of people. Beside most kids play violent games to escape anyways. Therefore violent games don’t contribute to kids acting out in violence.
